BIO
I am a Professor of Computer Science at Bar Ilan University .
Prior to joining Microsoft, I was with Microsoft Research , a visiting assistant professor at the Technion, Israel , at Yahoo Research , the Machine Learning group at IBM Research Haifa Lab, and Rafael. I did my M.A. and Ph.D. at the Technion .
The focus of my work is on using Internet data to improve health and medicine by applying tools from Machine Learning and Information Retrieval.
